| Bonjour, je recherche quelqu'un pour prendre ma suite dans un joli appart. à Capitol Hill. En effet, je vais devoir passer la fin de l'année en France pour le boulot.

A room is available in a nice and spacious 2 bedroom furnished
appartement on 10th Av. and Lynn st. in Capitol Hill (Seattle), just a
bit further Broadway street. (Close to University of Wash.)
The room is spacious, the living room has a great view on Lake
Union and is very bright thanks to an huge window.
The building has a garage and a parking spot, which can be rented
separately. It also has a nice backgarden where we used to do
barbecues on the summer.
The room will be available on November the 19th.
I'm basically moving out because my company back in France needs me in
Paris by the end of the year.
The rent is $625, including heating and water.
