You are alone in the dark. There is a path to the right and a large
wooden door to the left. The foul smell of rotting flesh hangs in the
air. What do you do? Of course you go through the door and of course
you get eaten by a grue. That's just the way intros like these have to
work. Next time you roll for survival however, roll with these
extravagant adventure gaming dice.
Gaming dice are personal items - it is said that the dice choose the wielder, not the other way around, so take care. You can get a complete set of either Bone, Hematite or Brushed Steel in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20-sided and percentile. But now, we have a new option! If you've already got a full set of dice, and just need that one extra to make your multi-faceted-entropy-device collection complete, we've got just the thing. These GIANT D20s are an inch-and-a-half in diameter, and weigh nearly 5 ounces. Watch your guildmates drool with envy when you pull your +4 giant die of awesome from your collection and belt out crits all day long.
Details
- Bone - Made of actual bone. Honestly. What kind of bone? All that we know is
that a hairy fellow in rags comes to our warehouse after midnight with a burlap
sack filled with bones. We don't ask questions.
- Hematite - Deep red numbering on shiny, actual Hematite cast dice. Hematite is also
referred to as Alaskan Black Diamond. The stuff dwarves would mine if dwarves were Alaskan. Which they are not.
- Brushed Steel - As cool to the touch as it sounds. Nothing quite like the feel of steel in your hand as your +5 double edged blade meets the decrepid flesh of a weary Ogre.
- Giant Copper - An ENORMOUS 20-sided die the size of a golfball, with a lustrous copper finish. If you can't roll 20's with this, you can bean it at your DM's skull to persuade him you DID. By the way, don't do that.
- Giant Steel - This gigantor 20-sider is all shiny and metallic. Weighing in at 5 ounces, it may do better as a paperweight than as a die. Does 1d10+6 damage to glass tables!
Please note that while the complete-sets are extremely well-crafted dice, they are smaller than your typical sets. The quarter in the image above accurately reflects the size of each dice set. On the other hand, they are extremely portable and make a welcome addition to any bag of holding you might encounter in a dusty chest. If you're really worried about die-emasculation, you can always get the giant 20 siders and make up for the loss!
