Donald B. Reed serves as Chairman on the board of directors of Idearc Inc., the nation's most advanced provider of yellow pages and home to Superpages.com®. Reed also serves on the board of directors of CSG Systems International Inc. and Intervoice Inc. From 2000 to 2003, Reed served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cable and Wireless Global, a unit of Cable & Wireless plc (UK) that provides internet protocol and data services to business customers in the United States, Europe and Japan. Reed served in various other executive positions at C&W from 1998 to 2000. Reed also served for 30 years in various executive positions at New England Telephone, NYNEX Corporation and Bell Atlantic Corporation, including as: NYNEX's Vice President of Government Affairs in Washington, D.C.; Vice President of NYNEX Human Resources; President of NYNEX Information Resources, the directory operations of NYNEX; and President and Group Executive of NYNEX Corporation.
